Who we are looking for
We only take applications from people who hold both of these:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor licenceWe check every licence on the SIA public register. Applying for your licence? Apply again once it is issued.
- The right to work in the UKWe check your passport or Home Office share code before your first shift, as the law requires.
It also helps if you have
- Experience on doors, at events or in licensed venues
- A current first aid certificate
- Calm communication and a professional appearance
- Availability for nights and weekends

Before you start, we check identity, right to work and SIA licence status, and screen you in line with the security vetting standard BS 7858, which includes a five-year history with references.
